PRIVACY POLICY
of the website Central European Urology Meeting 2023 (hereinafter: Website) and mobile application (hereinafter: Application) for an event organized by ZiZ Centrum Edukacji Sp. z o.o., ul. Garbarska 13/3, 31-131 Kraków, KRS 0000372884, REGON 121417864, NIP 6751441883 (hereinafter: Event Organizer/Organizer).
I. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy is an expression of concern for the safety and privacy of persons using the Website and Application. The Website and Application are operated by Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Jana Twardowskiego 3 lok. 35, 35-302 Rzeszów, KRS: 0000709762, NIP: 8133765846, REGON: 0000709762 (hereinafter referred to as: Operator/Mobile Madness). The Operator uses hosting services provided by HITME.pl - Marek Bajerski, ul. F. Mamuszki 17A, 80-178 Gdańsk.
II. Personal Data
The Operator makes every effort to make the Website and Application easy for every user to browse information about the event, communicate with other users and the event organiser, contact the developer of the Website and Application, i.e. Mobile Madness, and interact. Therefore, for the sake of safety and convenience of using the Website and Application, we inform you that by navigating the Website and Application, you agree that the Website and Application may record logs and other voluntarily provided personal data. The data you will be asked for in the registration, login and profile editing forms are necessary for the operation of the Website and the Application within the scope of the functionalities associated with your user account. Providing the data is voluntary. Failure to provide the requested data will block the activity to which the data refers. By creating an account on the Website and Application that belongs to Mobile Madness as part of the MConference service, it is possible to use the same account on all Websites and Mobile Applications within the MConference service belonging to Mobile Madness.
III. Types and purpose of data use
Public Personal Data
The personal data provided on the Operator's Websites and Applications in the profile edit view are accessible to all users of the Website and Applications who are logged in to their Accounts. The Operator has no means of protecting you against private persons or companies using this data to send you unspecified information. Therefore, this data is not subject to the Privacy Policy.
Collecting data
The data collected in the logs are used only for improving the operation of the Website and the Application and for statistical purposes. We do not seek to identify users of the Website and the Application.
The statistical data on the use of the Website and the Application are used only for the purpose of improving the operation of the Website and the Application.
To collect statistical data and information about errors in the Application, we use libraries provided by:
- Google, Inc - 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA - to collect information on errors for the Application for devices with Android and iOS system
- Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Twardowskiego 3 lok. 35, Rzeszów, 35-302 - for collecting information on errors for the Application for devices with the Android system
- Mobile Madness Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Twardowskiego 3 lok. 35, Rzeszów, 35-302 - for gathering statistical data for the Application for devices with the Android and iOS system.
Depending on the mobile platform, the Application may gain access to the following permissions on the device:
- the photo gallery to upload a photo to the Wall module, Photo Gallery, Photo Booth, Chat, Profile.
- the camera to upload a photo to the Wall module, Photo Gallery, Photo Booth, Chat, Profile and QR code scanner.
Use of Data
The logs collected are kept indefinitely as support material for the sole purpose of improving the operation of the Website and the Application. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorised to administer the Website and the Application. Statistics may be generated from the log files to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of persons using the Web Site and the Application.
Messages
The Operator reserves the right to send messages to persons whose contact data it has in its possession and who have agreed to the processing of the data provided in the forms, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By the term " Messages", the Operator means information relating directly to its Website and Applications, services and products (e.g. changes).
IV. Users' rights with regard to personal data
The Operator shall ensure that users providing personal data exercise their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as, GDPR), also including the right to request completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the Act, or are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected.

The Operator uses technical and organisational measures to best secure the collected personal data against unauthorised access or misuse by unauthorised persons.
V. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
The Operator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy. Each user of the Website and Applications belonging to Mobile Madness is bound by the current "Privacy Policy". Mobile Madness shall inform about any changes to the Privacy Policy on the Website and Application.

VII. Cookies
1.The Website uses cookies, i.e. small files sent by a web server, which are stored on your terminal device (cell phone or computer) and are intended for use on the Website. Such cookies contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storage on your terminal device and a unique number. They are used to create anonymous statistical data.
2. The Website stores http requests directed to the server. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. To ensure the highest quality of the wWebsite, log files are analyzed to determine: which pages are accessed most often, which web browsers are used, whether the structure of pages does not contain errors, etc. Collected logs are stored as auxiliary material (statistics) for administration of the Website. The aggregated summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain detailed characteristics of a particular user.
